7/8 5/4 Paradiddle

This is a simple Paradiddle/Paradiddlediddle exercise. Paradiddles and Paradiddlediddle use three of the five stroke types: Staccato (12" stroke followed by a 3" rebound), taps (3" stroke followed by a 3" rebound), and upstrokes (3" stroke followed by a 12" rebound). Make sure that your stick heights start at either 12" for accents, or 3" for non-accents, and think very carefully about where the stick needs to end up.
